Membership Renewal Eligibility
- A renewal is defined as an eligible membership that is renewed within 30 days before a membership expires.
- All eligible Friends of Mandai, Friends of Mandai Plus, Friends of Wildlife and Friends of Wildlife Plus memberships can only be renewed to a Friends of Mandai Premium membership.
- All eligible Friends of Rainforest Wild ASIA memberships can be renewed to a Friends of Mandai Starter or Friends of Mandai Premium membership.
- Renewal special of 20% is only applicable to Individual Adult, Senior, Caretaker, Child | Teen, and Family membership.
- All eligible memberships can be renewed onsite at our Guest & Member Services Centres at Bird Paradise or Singapore Zoo; online via Membership Portal within 30 days before the membership expires in order to enjoy the renewal incentive.
- Memberships renewed within 30 days before the membership expires will start on the date of transaction and be valid for one (1) year + remaining days of the current membership.
- All eligible memberships renewed to Friends of Mandai Starter or Friends of Mandai Premium will be subject to the individual type of membership's terms and conditions.
- Membership renewal is not applicable with other discounts and promotions.
- Membership renewal is not applicable with the redemption of a membership gift voucher.
- Members' Parking Pass (MPP) will not be automatically renewed with membership renewal. Members are required to apply MPP directly at our Guest & Member Services Centres.
- Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right at any time to vary, modify, amend, add or delete the terms and conditions of this renewal programme without prior notice.

Online
Skip the queue by logging into our Membership Portal to renew* your membership online. A 'Renew Now' button will appear beside your membership e-card when it's due for renewal.
*Only applicable for renewal of Individual Adult, Senior and Family memberships. Verification will be required for renewal to Child | Teen and Caretaker memberships. Renewal of Members' Parking Pass is only applicable at our Guest & Member Services Centres at Bird Paradise and Singapore Zoo.
